1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Feeda, you agree to these terms. Feeda is a platform connecting customers with stores, restaurants, and service providers across Nigeria.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feeda. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. We accept Paystack, wallet payments, and cash on delivery. Prices include applicable VAT.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Feeda is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can be cancelled before they are accepted by the store. Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method or Feeda wallet.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on Feeda including logos, designs, and text is owned by Twirlshine Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Feeda's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
